For Job Holder

1. Visiting card
2. No objection certificate (NOC)
3. Salary Statement/Salary Certificate/Pay sleep
4. Office ID card

For Business

1. Trade Licensing Update (If  have Bangla, please provide English translation with Notary copy attached to bangla copy)
2. Business Pad 02 copy
3. Memorandum of Articles copy when not mention proprietor/managing director name of the trade license.
4. Visiting Card

For Govt. Job Holder

1. GO (Government order) for official passport

For Students

1. Student ID Card
2. No objection certificate (NOC) from School/College/University
3. When any student apply individually, they must be provide his father all documents

For Housewife

1.  Provide Husbands Documents
