5. Tax Return (Previous 3 years)
6. Bank Solvency Certificate (Bank seal and sign)
7. Travel Insurance (must)
8. Invitation Letter (If any)
9. Previous Travel History
10. NID card copy
11. Cover Letter
12. Membership to any trade body (Attached by a notary public)

 

For Business

1. Trade Licensing Update (If  have Bangla, please provide English translation with Notary copy attached to bangla copy)
2. Business Pad 02 copy
3. Memorandum of Articles copy when not mention proprietor/managing director name of the trade license.
4. Visiting Card Copy

For Job Holder

1.  NOC
2. Office ID Card
3. Salary Statement/Salary Certificate/Pay sleep
4. Visiting Card
5. BMDC certificate for Doctor
6. BAR council certificate for advocate

For Students

1. Student ID Card
2. NOC from School/College/University
3. When any student apply individually, they must be provide his father all documents

For Housewife

1.  Provide Husbands Documents
2. Marriage Certificate (attached by a notary public)

For GOVT Job Holder

1. GO (Government order) for official passport
